Lords of Death

Such a dependable band. Vocals are deep and deathy without feeling cookie monster. Doom elements are grandiose and mournful but are more energetic than doom usually is. Then the death elements feel less oafish because the doom compliments it so well. Everything is good and flows naturally.

일련의 둠/데스메탈 밴드들과는 사뭇 차원이 다른 가사를 보여준다. "A Watery internment"에서는 장르 특유의 완벽한 죽음에 대한 찬미와 묘사를 그리고 있지만 전체적으로 이들은 죽음 그자체를 포함해 죽음까지의 "패배", "절망", 혹은 그 이유가 된 어떠한 '사건'들을 묘사한다. 그냥 올드스쿨적이면서도 굉장히 진중하고 낮게 깔리는 데스메탈로 봐도 손색은 없다.
