10. Shadows Fade (3:37)
The story of a life so precious, a child so pure tainted by grief. Misfortune beginning her terrible fate. Rejection, depression as the shadow grows darker. Alone and sad she seeks out compassion. Now the shadow is coming to life. They gather around her and whisper a spell, come with us and we'll lead you to Hell.
Tortured by light, they flee at the site of her Heavenly Father. She runs into His arms, and she knows she is not alone.
Time goes by, misfortune returns. She struggles to keep the shadows at bay. Darker and darker, they grow with each day. Calling her name to join them in Hell.
Tortured by light, they flee at the site of her Heavenly Father. She runs into His arms, and she knows she is not alone.
In the end, tired and weak, she slips into the shadow. Beckoned by the quiet relief, she took her life with a sip of poison.
The shadows fade away, enveloped in light. She sees her Father in Heaven. Now she's clothed in white, never to be alone. Because she never stopped believing in His name.
