When Jehoram had established himself firmly over his fathers kingdom
He put all his brothers to the sword along with princes of Israel
He did evil in the eyes of The Lord throughout his eight year reign

Edom rebelled against Jehoram and set up it's own king
Libnah revolted at the same time for Jehoram had forsaken The Lord
He did evil in the eyes of The Lord building high places on the hills
He did evil in the eyes of The Lord causing Jerusalem to prostitute themselves

Run away by the night and you will find
You will not escape the Philistines
All your gold carried away like your children
Ahaziah only left for the flickering
Your demise will be slow and lingering
Afflicted with incurable disease
Of the bowels causing them to be released
Ahaziah will reign when you're diceased

Now Jehoram passed away to no one's regret
He was buried in the city of David but not in the tomb of the kings
He did evil in the eyes of The Lord throughout his eight year reign
He was struck by the wrath of God and died in great pain
