For fools speak folly

To destroy the poor with lies

But the noble make noble plans

The Lord is exalted, for he dwells on high
He will fill Zion with his justice and righteousness
He will be the sure foundation for your times
A rich store of salvation and wisdom and knowledge

The Lord will march out like a champion
Like a warrior he will stir up his zeal

And will triumph over his enemies

The desert and the parched land will be glad
