The red death was raging outside the castle walls
While the noble fools danced inside of the prince's court
No one realized the danger - the stranger among the crowd
As they were laughing and listening to the clock's demonic sound
Will they see the light of day again?

The brazen lungs of the ebony clock did cry out
All at once the crowd was aware of the sound
The 7th chamber of black and blood red turned out to be their grave
Before the last chime sank into silence the red death raised his hand

As they stood shocked and afraid of the ebony clock's unholy sound
