I was expecting a weaker version of their 2008 album, but I hear the exact same level of quality. It's fun, serious, and has well crafted songs. The singer is often basically rapping, and getting kind of surly too. This usually means phony macho garbage, but for Black Comedy it sounds sincere, and I have a hunch the songs are about very difficult experiences of the band members. Too bad they broke up, but the drummer is in Abyssic!
