The single is the band's first published song to feature Jukka Koskinen on bass, replacing Marko Hietala. I have to admit that I'm a little disappointed, although "Perfume Of The Timeless" is not a bad song by any means. The song is surprisingly heavy and complex, and very long considering that there is no single edit of the song. Still, a strong demonstration of the band's skills in creating wonderful and, above all, different and unique music. I still hope that the upcoming album will have also slightly lighter and more commercial songs.
