Razor의 두 번째 앨범 Evil Invaders는 당시 스래시 메탈 씬에서 그 강렬함과 직설적인 에너지를 단숨에 증명한 작품이다. 이 앨범은 딱히 혁신적이기보다는 막 거장들이 쌓아올렸던 스래쉬 메탈의 요소들을 한층 더 과격하고 공격적인 방향으로 확장시킨 결과물로 살벌한 분위기를 자랑한다. Evil Invaders는 폭발적인 에너지로, 메탈 팬들에게 강렬한 인상을 남긴 중요한 작품이기도 하다. 본작의 사운드는 빠르고 거칠며, 거침없는 리프와 폭력적인 드럼은 스래쉬 메탈 본연의 공격성을 강조하고 있으며, 가사 역시 폭력이 난무하는 세계를 묘사하고 있다. 악의 침략자(Evil Invaders)라는 제목에서 알 수 있듯이 앨범의 테마는 그 자체로 파괴적이고 공격적인 에너지를 뿜어내고 있으며, 이러한 분위기는 각 곡에서 뚜렷하게 나타난다. One of the best Razor albums. Although the riffs throughout the album remain fairly simple, they are catchy and fronted by very good solos. There are no intros / outros, no interludes, no ballads & no flirting with other genres. Just great old school Speed / Thrash Metal.
