이 밴드 멤버들이 몸 담은 밴드가 Proclamation, TeitanBlood라 하면 마니아들은 아마 쌍수를 들어 환영할 것이다. 그러나 이 결과물은 기대를 충족시키지는 못한다. 객관적으로 보았을때 양질의 정통 블랙메탈 사운드를 들려주고 있지만 이들의 원 밴드들이 들려주는 사운드(그 광폭함과 음침함)를 생각한다면 상당히 톤다운된 느낌을 받을 수 밖에 없을 것이다.

훌륭한 퍼스트 웨이브 재해석이다. 물론 요즘밴드라고 신박한 물건을 가져오는것도 좋지만, 이렇게 구수한 매력을 가진 작품에 더 애착이 가는건 어쩔 수 없나보다. 원초적 그루브의 흥겨움과 약간의 에픽함이 느껴지는 작품이다.

이 앨범은 유난히 Celtic Frost 느낌이 많이 났다. 그 밖에도 Bathory의 대서사시같은 느낌 또한 났다. 이는 블랙메탈의 진정한 원류인 퍼스트웨이브 사운드에 많은 영향을 받고 그를 기반으로 자기들만의 정체성을 발전시켜 나가겠단 얘기가 아닐까? 난 노르웨이 세컨웨이브보단 이런 밴드들에 더 애착이 가기 시작했다.
