시원시원한 새미해거의 앨범이다. 우리나라에서는 그래도 반핼런 음반은 나름 유명하지만 새미해거 본진의 앨범들은 유명하지 않은 듯 하다. 하지만 들어보면 상쾌한 미국의 락을 느낄 수 있다.

My 487th most played album. Sammy Hagar - V.O.A. 1984. The last solo album before Van Halen. Two hits "I Can't Drive 55" and "Two Sides of Love". The title is a reference to the Voice of America broadcast network.
