Can't go wrong with this era of Virgin Steele. Every song, great riffs, passionate vocals, and now, even very aggressive drumming. Great mix of Power Metal with more traditional USPM, and symphonic touches for good measure.

비슷한 시기에 뉴욕에서 결성된 밴드여서인지 보컬부터 해서 Manowar와 상당히 비슷. 작곡도 구성도 훌륭하지만, 사운드가 빈약하다라는 치명적인 문제가 모든 장점을 집어 삼켜버린 안타까운 케이스.

A tribute to Judas priest Vol2에 있는 screaming for vengeance 커버곡 듣고 보컬이 너무 좋아서 이 앨범을 들어봤는데 완전 다른 목소리내요? 같은 사람 맞나요? 커버곡 부른 보컬은 어느앨범이죠?

중세.서사등의 컨셉으로 오랜기간 독특한 메탈을 보여주는 이들의 최전성기 앨범중 하나이며 개인적으로도 무척 좋아하는 음반이다.
