우리에게도 많이 알려진 블랙메틀밴드 Odal 의 프론트맨 Taaken 의 원맨블랙메틀밴드인 Wolfsschrei 의 데뷔작이다. 이 앨범에서 Taaken 은 드럼,기타,보컬을 맡고있고 세션베이스로 Aer 이라는 인물이 맡고있다. Wolfsschrei 의 음악은 멜로디면에서는 오달의 음악과 매우 흡사한 면을 보이면서도 오달에 비해서 약간 거칠고 투박한 느낌이 든다. 대부분이 미드템포의 곡들로 구성되어 있으나 간간히 달려주는 부분도 있어서 자칫 지루해질수도 있는 곡을 맛깔스럽게 만들어놓았다. 전체적으로는 투박한 드러밍과 기타플레이가 인상적이고 거기에 간간히 스며드는 멜로디가 일품인 앨범으로 블랙메틀팬이라면 누구나 만족할만한 훌륭한 사운드를 들려준다.
