The current cover is that of the 1994 compilation by Relapse Records. The original cassette from 1984 had a pile of skulls on the cover. |

Seems like most of these covers were intentionally left out just because they contain some nudity and/or are sexual in nature. So what? That's no reason to not upload them, although there probably should be a filter on this website that censors things like that if a user happens to be underage or just doesn't want to view album covers with "NSFW" content. |
