8. A World Falling Apart (7:39)
Bleeding bodies lying scattered on the ground
Houses crumbling in the hail of hostile bombs
People running through the streets trying to hide
Children crying, mothers dying – no chance to run away

Can you smell the scent of death?
Can you feel their souls fading away?

Burning cities enlighten the night sky
Painful screams echo through their broken homes
Nothing left to build new hopes upon
Their lives and dreams all blown away with just one hit

How can you keep on living after all you've caused?
How can you sleep in spite of all the people you have killed?
Do you ever hear the survivors cry?
Mourning the death of their beloved

All the innocent lives ended – but why?
Cause you never care about the fate of those who died
All that's left is despair – but why?
Tell me why you started this war yet there's so much to live for

You shattered everything they had in life
Piece by piece their world is falling apart

You had the chance to stop but took your choice
You don't see the value of human life
Regardless of the futures you destroyed
How can you act the innocent and smile

How can you keep on living after all you've caused?
How can you sleep in spite of all the people you have killed?
Do you ever hear the survivors cry?
Mourning the death of their beloved

All the innocent lives ended – but why?
Cause you never care about the fate of those who died
All that's left is despair – but why?
Tell me why you started this war yet there's so much to live for
