A 1/1 album. Nothing even remotely comes close to this, in any scene across the world. And when it comes to reviews, this serves as a huge benefit to them. There is simply no comparison, which makes it hard to judge against other albums, no matter how similar. You have to take the album, and the entire band, at face value without any outside influence. If you don't, you treat the album like it's a metalcore album, which it isn't. It's a We Butter The Bread With Butter album. When you don't compare it to other albums, you find a super fun but still musically sound and heavy track-list full of great songs. The only comparison you can feasibly draw is to Crabcore and bands like Attack! Attack! and early Asking Alexandria, but a more refined version with much better execution. It's just a fun album, and that's what it wants to be.
