The album shows a bit more dynamics and repertoire from Ritchie and Ronnie. Sensational in every aspect. It's hard to say, but it's probably an upgrade from Rising and the first album. I noticed this especially in relation to Blackmore. He's incredible here.
Long Live Rock 'n' Roll is one of those songs with a striking chorus and a beat typical of hitmakers.
L.A. Connection is sensational, Ritchie really nailed that riff. And of course, Gates of Babylon is sensational, with its exotic feel and iconic solo. Kill the King is less brilliant than the previous ones, but it still shows Ronnie's vocal power.
The Shed (Subtle) is another excellent work, another excellent and addictive guitar line. Sensitive To Light is a fast one, kind of hard to catch in the first time that I listen, but now I think that's great one. Another amazing guitar sound here.
Rainbow Eyes needs no comments. An absolute classic.
Maybe this could be 100, I don't know, in my opinion it came pretty close to that.

본인은 어쩌다보니 제일 최근의 2시디 디럭스 버전을 가지고 있는데
일단 이 앨범의 믹스 버전에 대해 알아야 할 듯 하다.
애초에 당시에는 LP가 주 매체가 되었다는 것이 중요한 건데, 이후 cd 초기 발매에 문제가 있었나 보다.
