Axel Rudi Pell의 두 번째 앨범. 개인적으로 이 앨범은 데뷔 앨범보다 좀더 관심을 끌었다. 왜냐하면 이 앨범에 메탈 보컬리스트 본좌 중 한명인 Rob Rock이 참여한 앨범이기 때문이다. 그리고 그의 참여는 그 기대를 깨부수지 않았다고 할 수 있겠다. 본작에서 그는 Impellitteri에서 들려주었던 가공할 보컬링에 비하면 약간의 손색이 있기는 하지만, 뛰어난 실력을 보여주고 있다. Axel Rudi Pell의 네오 클레시컬 메탈의 유려한 선율은 이 앨범에서는 다소 자제가 이루어지고 있다. 전반적으로 앨범은 로큰롤 특유의 흥겨운 메탈 사운드가 주를 이루고 있다. 그러나 솔로 파트에서 만큼은 그가 Yngwie Malmsteen의 우산 아래 있다는 확인할 수 있다. 그렇다해도 Yngwie Malmsteen처럼 화려하면서도 짜릿한 맛은 덜하다. 대신에 Axel Rudi Pell은 네오클레시컬 메탈의 코드 진행을 따르고는 있지만, 헤비 메탈 특유의 우직한 맛을 내고 있어 사운드가 좀더 담백한 편이다.
