브루털 데스메탈에서 '브루털'을 뺐다. 프로그레시브 데스메탈에서 '프로그레시브'를 뺐다. 그러자 아주 바람직한 핀란드산 데스메탈이 나왔다.

데스메탈에서 지배적으로 갖고 있는 폭력성과는 조금 거리가 먼 스타일을 갖고 있다. 때려부수는 것이 아닌 지옥에서 들릴법한 혼돈, 아비규환을 데스메탈 형태로 만들었다고 요약하면 될 것 같다. 이 앨범에서 차용된 블랙메탈에서 들릴 법한 뭉개진 기타 텍스쳐는 정말 훌륭하다. 데스메탈 매니아라면 꼭 들어보라 추천하고 싶은 앨범이다.
