My pick of the day. Very Mayhem sounding in all the best ways. The vocalist gets totally piercing sometimes, and the songs are mostly freezing but vigorous at the same time. USA black metal is so often atmospheric, progressive, avant-garde, or post. It's great to hear classic 90s style from new US artists. Also yes, please use Sephiroth's bell everyone; he's been dead for 20 or so years: he doesn't need it.
