하드코어의 필수 교양 같은 고전으로, 90년대 뉴욕 하드코어를 대표하는 명작입니다. 쫄깃하다못해 질긴 정도의 그루브에는 도저히 몸을 가만히 둘 수가 없습니다. 개찐따도 한번 듣고 나면 길거리를 다스리는 일진 대장이 되어버리는 매우 위험한 음반입니다. 3번 트랙 New York City에서는 역사상 가장 무거운 브레이크다운을 들어보실 수 있습니다.

뒷골목 스트릿 갱스터 냄새를 물씬 풍기는 앨범이지만, 실상은 미국 내 총기사고의 현실을 비판하며 총기사고의 희생자들을 추모하는 무자비한 폭력을 꾸짖는 내용이다. 총기사고가 빈번한(예전에도 그랬듯)현 시점에서 이들의 외침이 가장 와닿는다.
