This is a great example of a certain throwback style of death metal. The vocalist of Molder reminds me of the earlier recordings (Screaming Bloody Gore and Leprosy, and some of Spiritual Healing) of Chuck Schuldiner from Death. The raw riffs of this album reach their peak in "Relentless Pestilence." Overall, a good listen from beginning to end.
