Tim "Ripper" Owens skúša ďalší projekt (skupinu) s novými hudobníkmi, pričom kapela Ripper s albumom "Return to Death Row" patrí k tomu tvrdšiemu, na čom sa v kariére podieľal. Zvuk albumu je podarený a aj dosť tvrdý, pričom po hudobnej stránke sa jedná o kombináciu Power/Heavy Metal -u s občasnými prvkami Thrash -u. Škoda, že je to len krátke EP, no z môjho pohľadu je dosť podarené.

I have never been satisfied with the works of Tim 'Ripper' Owens since he left Judas Priest . Vocal performance-wise, he has always been outstanding, but he has always failed to establish his musical legacy. This album would be just a normal heavy metal release if his name value was not taken into account. But I have to point out that he failed again to fulfil the expectations of those who have high hopes for him.
