A lot of guys used to make fun of Scott Weiland's vocals on this and say anyone can do that voice, but this is the start of a great journey that expanded his range, technique, and charisma. Some songs sound like Alice in Chains & Soundgarden done not as well, but many are good and full of energy. Creep is a great and rare example of a slow song done well. The drumming was better than I expected, and I enjoyed the whole album.
