"The confusion" is, partly, based on riffs from a '92 song titled "Prolapse" while "Witness to 3x3x3" is, partly, based on riffs from another '92 song titled "Puzzling time" making this album the real continuity of '93's "The cube".
In the storyline of "The Cube" trilogy, "Incubation" is set before "The Cube" (1993) and is a prequel to it.
