TdV의 명반으로 잘 알려진 앨범. Lord Vampyr 뒤에 두명의 백 보컬을 기용하고, 오르간을 잔뜩 친 탓인지 특히 초반트랙(#1,#2,#4)에서 뱀파이어와의 인터뷰에서 안토니오 반데라스의 뱀파이어 마굴 느낌이 강하게 난다. 의도적인지는 모르겠지만, 대부분의 곡에 경쾌한 느낌이 묻어나는게 아쉽다. 베토벤의 월광에 내레이션을 입한 보너스 트랙 #11도 매우 분위기 좋다.
