앨범이 좋다 나쁘다를 평가하기 전에 역시 80년대 이들의 전성기의 향수를 불러 일으킬만한 감흥은 곡 어디에도 없었다. 다만 메탈러들에게 익숙한 이름인 렙 비치와 토미 알드릿지의 연주에서 오랜 관록과 연륜이 묻어있음을 느낄수는 있었다. 2020년대를 바라보는 관점에서 과거를 논한다는것은 터무니 없을지도 모르지만 이들의 음악이 30년전의 그 음악적 스타일에서 크게 벗어나지 않았음을 감안하면 젊은 시절의 이들에게서 느꼈던 그 감흥을 기대하는것은 역시 큰 무리가 따르는 것일까?

밴드와 어울리지 않을 것 같은 렙비치는 03년부터 지금까지도 같이 하고 있다(타미보다 오래 재적). 이 앨범에서 렙비치 작곡참여가 3곡 정도.,thx to에 보면 커버데일에 대해 좋은 기회를 줘서 감사해함. 윙어이야기하면서. 사실 이 전까지는 덕과 공동작곡, 솔로도 덕 위주였던 것을 생각하면. 이번 앨범은 조엘과 적절하게 솔로 배분이 되어 있다.
