Wow, another great band to discover. Yes this is black metal, definitely atmospheric, maybe melodic too. However, the guitar work gets into classical guitar territory, sometimes sounding like Spanish guitar to my ear. These guys control the mood so precisely that you feel like you're living through a very specific drama while this is playing. Absolutely a highlight of 2022.
