Ολόλευκο μπροστά μου, μαγευτικό κι απόκοσμο.
Με τα νερά του παγωμένα σαν να σταμάτησε ο χρόνος.
Δειλά επάνω πάτησα κι όταν στον πάγο στάθηκα.
Θεός με μιας αισθάνθηκα.

Κι όταν το βλέμμα σήκωσα και είδα την ομορφιά του.
Ο αέρας ψιθύρισε το όνομα μου κι ο πάγος σκίστηκε στα δυο.
Μέσα του με πήρε και με κράτησε βαθιά.
Κομμάτι του έγινα. Νεκρός μες το λευκό Φιόρδ.
