Blown wide—depressurized—all air bleeding out into the void
Meteorite—falling of stars—carbonized—prepared to die
But holding tight to every atom left of life!
Brace for impact in the acid lake!
As I lay, free of motion in suspended animation
Dreaming of what I'd find—I am sure that it was not here
Fear of the gleaming light—I couldn't shake it
