Feel free to put this album on while with your grandma. A couple of negatives: sometimes a little too corny. Also, some drum transitions felt extremely trite to me. Positives: stellar singing and gratifying sounds in the recording, especially on the guitars. Not my kind of alternative metal, but it was fun to try something new.

개인적으로 싱글들 중 Pawns & Kings보다 Silver Tongue, Sin After Sin이 훨씬 좋았던 Alter Bridge의 2022년 본작은 처음 네 개의 곡을 제외하고는 지루했으며 한 번 더 돌려 들어도 첫인상이 바뀌지 않았다. 특히, Stay같이 Mark Tremonti가 메인보컬을 하는 곡은 더더욱 지루했다.

매운 맛으로 돌아온 알터 브릿지의 신보. 다소 애매했던 전작에 대한 반작용인지 이번에는 부클릿 처럼 특유의 호소력에 비장미를 가득 싣고 스케일을 한껏 부풀려 텐션이 제법 쫀쫀하게 유지되다가 중반부를 넘어서며 뭔가 후달리는데 타이틀 곡을 마지막에 배치해 멋지게 마무리를 짓는 노련한 센스가 돋보였다.
