한없이 육중하고 음울하다가도 그루브하면서 희망적(?)인 묘한 매력. 데프톤즈 앨범들은 의도된 프로듀싱인지는 모르겠으나 전부 음산한 분위기가 전반에 깔려있고 이게 참 좋다.

A really ethreal album. It has my favourite deftones song (Royal) on it. Other songs like prince, rocket skates and 976-Evil are also amazing. For me its just Diamond Eyes and CMND/CTRL that bring it down. They aren't best songs by any means but just aren't doing much for me.

Amazing variety on this album. CMND/CTRL sounds like straight up nu metal to me. Usually Chino's lyrics are top tier, but they're not quite as good on some of these songs. Also, there is no limit to how exciting Rocket Skates is for me. Overall, very good.
