무(조건)사. Hades 입니다. 보컬에 기타를 위한 오직 보컬, 기타로 모든 키를 다 잡았다고 해도 틀린게 아닌 이 앨범에서 꽃을 제대로 피우게 되는데, 물론 평은 엇갈리겠지만, 쉽게 질리지 않는 원 키를 다잡고 모든걸 지휘하는 보컬파트와 바이킹블랙에서 흔히들 멜로디를 듣다보면 그 나라의 이미지가 묘하게 떠오르는데 너무 쥐어짜지도 않고 키보드가 양 사이드에서 잡아주니 균형이 잡힌 모습하며, 건조한 맛이 있지만 바이킹 블랙의 긴장감을 서서히 조여오는게 너무 좋았습니다.

바이킹블랙이라는데, 보통 바이킹블랙하면 떠오르는 사운드와는 조금 거리가 있습니다. 보통은 노르드의 기상이 충만한 트래디셔널포크를 융합하여 멜로딕함을 주는데, 본작에서 그런부분은 극소량이며 대부분 거칠디거친 원초적 블랙메탈에 가깝습니다. 스크리밍이 매우 처절합니다. 한참뒤에 등장하는 폴란드밴드 Mgła의 사운드와 어딘가 닮은점이 있습니다.

포크와 블랙메탈의 조화라 함은 흔한 포크/페이건/바이킹메탈밴드의 음악을 두고 말하는게 아니라 이런걸 두고 말하는거다. 진짜 바이킹메탈이란 이런 것!
