The Lord of Steel is not a bad album, but it has more weak elements compared to the excellent past of the band

Erstes Manowar Album das ich als durchschnittlich bezeichnen würde. DIe wirklich großen Momente fehlen einfach.

많은 이들이 원했던 매노워만의 마초메탈 스타일을 잘 살렸다. 커리어의 기복이 심한 점을 감안했을 때, 새로운 모습이 없더라도, 이정도 수준을 뽑아준 것에 감사한다. 거기에다가 Warriors of the World 를 필적할만한 킬링트랙 El Gringo 까지 선보여서 굉장히 만족스럽게 들었다.

마초의 기상은 여전히 살아있고 간간히 들리는 키보드 사운드는 웅장함을 더해주지만 끝까지 듣기에는 좀 무리가 있을 정도로 지루함이 느껴진다.
