On the release "Re-Regurgitation over Fuckin' Pathological Splatter" the album was remastered, not to be sonically superior but instead sped up (to seemingly fit the 80mns limitation of a physical CD release).

Carcass 2집에서부터 보이는 고어그라인드에 데스 메탈의 적절한 정교함을 투여하며 만들어진 묘한 느낌의 멜로디로 Pathological한 리프를 적극 활용하고 구체화시킨 체코 올드스쿨 고어그라인드의 전설 Pathologist이다. 기괴한 멜로딕 위에 고어그라인드의 공격성과 잔인함을 적당히 풀어넣는 능력이 탁월한데, 이 앨범은 절제되고 묵직한 2집과 달리 공격적인 음질과 속도감으로 무장해 고어그라인드답게 밀어붙인다. 거기에 혼돈스러운 기타 막솔로와 빈틈없는 완급조절, 올드한 그루브감 등 고어그라인드에서 보기 힘든 구조도 매끄럽게 들어가며 흥미진진하게 러닝타임을 보내게 되는 대명반이다. 부족한 점 없는 팔방미인 고어 밴드이지만 현재 더이상의 활동은 없어보여 아쉬울 따름이다.
