개인적으로 Rainbow 입문작이기도 한 베스트 앨범. 베스트 앨범이라 하면 밴드의 명곡들의 모음집이라 할 수 있겠지만, 그러한 시각에서 보면 이 앨범은 미묘한 물건이다. 분명 베스트 앨범이라는 포맷으로 발매된 작품이지만, Rainbow의 전집을 유심히 들어본 리스너 중에 이 앨범을 베스트 앨범이라 할 이는 별로 없으리라. Rainbow의 전 디스코그라피를 훑어본다는 목적이라면, 이 앨범은 적합할 것이다. 그러나 이 앨범은 객관적인 시각에서 봤을 때 베스트 앨범이라 부르기에는 무리가 있다. Rainbow의 활동시기를 나눌때 주로 쓰이는 구분이 보컬리스트가 재적한 시기를 따지는 것인데, 그 중 Dio가 보컬리스트를 역임했던 세 장의 앨범을 최고 명반으로 취급한다. 리스너에 따라서는 Graham Bonnet 재적시까지 포함하는 경우도 있지만, 전반적으로 Dio가 몸담고 있을 당시가 Rainbow의 리즈 시절이라는 데에는 의심의 여지가 없다. 그런데 이 앨범에는 Dio가 참여했던 명곡의 일부가 빠져있다.
