It's unfair that this album does not get its full due The band did their best to give us such a masterpiece of art and audio I liked the combination of deathcore and melodic death because it improved the strength of the album and the clean vocals had a strong and touching touch on the album, especially with the lyrics. I loved the drummer and how he drums so well and he makes good use of every element in his drum class The guitar and bass players also performed very well Honestly, I didn't expect Whitechapel to do such a great masterpiece Because before I didn't like Whitechapel's songs as much as I liked the songs on this album At the beginning of the album, I was optimistic about it and loved entering the album by acoustic I also liked the ending of the album with the song with the name of the album

If you followed Whitechapel from their beginnings, they've lost you long ago by now. It's literally impossible to listen to this album or their previous (The Valley) after falling in love with Somatic, New Era, and This Is Exile. As much as it saddens me to see this band get older and disguise their new works as "progress," I take solace in knowing there's plenty of other bands to take their place. The guitar riffs are getting weaker as years go by, and the clean vocals are the proverbial square peg in a round hole. Their back to back albums trying to tell a story is nothing more than a bad set of movies that get worse as they go. I haven't listened to their music other than new releases in years and I've yet to hear anything recently that would make me reconsider playing it again.

I think a lot of people will feel either let down or enjoy the new direction. Honestly, it doesn’t always work, but it doesn’t detract from how solid they still come off.

It's rare to hear Deathcore or any harsh vocals used to convey affection and sadness, but Whitechapel does it well. Congrats on having both the soft and the heavy parts sound so engaging. Also, I hear some properly done Katatonia influence in the songwriting, which is a definite plus.

Tried to listen to Whitechapel when the valley came out, and at the time did not resonate with it. when Kin was released and I heard the Mixed feelings about it, I decided to give it a chance. I Absolutely appreciated it after the 4th listen and it has become one of my favorite albums of the year. Went back and listed to the valley and it was a strong release, as well, both Excellent with Mature Song Writing and musicianship.

Lost Boy, A Bloodsoaked Symphony를 비롯하여 I Will Find You, To the Wolves, Kin 등을 추천한다
