3장의 데모, 프로모 테잎을 제작한 후에 완성한 핀란드 출신밴드 ...And Oceans의 정규 데뷔작인 The Dynamic Gallery Of Thoughts 앨범으로, 단순한 구성의 Symphonic Black Metal을 들려주는 앨범이다. 빠르지 않은 템포와 아주 멜로디컬한 진행으로 사악한 느낌은 그다지 들지 않는다. 상당히 오밀조밀한 맛이 들며 키보드의 멜로디가 따뜻한 느낌을 준다. 부담없이 듣기에 괜찮은 앨범이라 생각된다. 후에 Century Media에서 두 번째 음반 The Symmetry Of I와 함께 2CD로 재발매되기도 하였다.

아니 음악은 그렇다 치고 일단 밴드 이름이나 작작 바꾸자..
Cypher는 And Oceans 가 이 이름으로 낸 마지막 앨범이다. (이후엔 Havoc Unit 이라는 좀 분위기 빠지는 이름으로 바꾼다.)
