국내의 메탈 팬들에게 Mat Sinner는 Primal Fear에서 Bass를 담당하는 뮤지션으로 유명하지만, 사실 그가 핵심적으로 활동하는 밴드는 그의 성을 딴 밴드 Sinner이다. Sinner는 음악 성향에서 Primal Fear와는 상당한 거리를 두고 있다. Primal Fear의 장르는 강성한 조류의 파워 메탈인데 반해 Sinner가 다루는 장르는 듣기 좋은 팝 메탈 혹은 AOR이다. 본작은 Sinner의 여섯 번째 앨범으로 팝 적인 요소와 대중적인 멜로디가 잘 어우러져 있어 부담없이 즐길 수 있는 메탈 앨범이다. 앨범 전체에서 80년대 특유의 구수한 냄새가 나서 현재의 리스너라면 듣는데 약간의 거부감을 느낄 수도 있지만, 앨범 자체는 훌륭한 팝 메탈이다. 80년대 장르내에서 최강자 자리를 다투었던 Bon Jovi나 Def Leppard에 비교하면 상대적으로 손색이 있지만, 그래도 Sinner가 만든 Dangerous Charm은 상당히 좋은 앨범이다.
