The best Overkill album. I still daydream about what could have been, had Bobby G not forced a power play with D.D.

This album slowed things down and really turned off a lot of the core fans. Personally, I liked a couple tracks at first but over time have come to really like the album as a whole.

W.ide F.ucking O.pen - very apt title. After I Hear Black turned off a lot of the core fanbase (initially, many of us have come to appreciate it over time), Overkill responded with this blistering attack that sets them right back on course.

KaTL's finest work. They've got very strong albums before and since, but this one is damn near perfect. Highlights are Soldier (check out the amazing video) and Willow.

This is where Unleash the Archers broke through into the stratosphere of metal. The title track and the epic Dreamcrusher are as good as it gets. Thankfully they didn't stop there- 2017's Apex saw the band progress even further into true dominance of the genre.

A masterwork. The opening track, Awakening, is simply perfect. Watch the playthrough video on YouTube and just bask in the amazing musicianship, songwriting, and production. There's no filler here, every track is outstanding, but for me the best of the best are Awakening and Ten Thousand Against One.

Fantastic followup to Apex. Continues the story of The Immortal and The Matriarch. Highlights are the title track, Soulbound, Legacy, Faster Than Light, and the epic final battle depiction- The Wind That Shapes the Land.
