Really caught off guard with this album and I´m glad I was! The heavy moments are brought beautifully by the more progressive parts and make you enjoy them even more. Sometimes I checked twice if I wasn´t listening to Dark side of the moon ;-)

The album finds Blood Incantation returning to their death metal roots with renewed psychedelic vigour, eager to tear apart familiar metallic ideas

Blood Incantation na albume "Absolute Elsewhere" kombinujú viaceré štýly Death Metal -u od Prog./Technického Death Metal -u čo je počuteľné hlavne v rôznych vyhrávkach, spomaleniach a netradičných hudobných odbočkách po tradičný old school Death Metal, čo je počuteľné hlavne v growlingu, prípadne pri riffovaní.

정신 나간 핑크 플로이데쓰. 전작의 도무지 알 수 없는 엠비언트와 기존에 잘 하던 것을 유비빔 급으로 잘 비볐다.

I love this album. My friend put me onto it about a week ago and I listened duly. The death elements, combined with the prog that I love so dearly, provided me with an impressive listening experience. It reminds me of if Opeth really dove into that more "modernist" death feel, but I could be wrong in that.

Oh look, metalheads are allowed to like Blood Incantation again. Both kinds of music are done very well and beautifully on top of that.

Pink Floyd, King Crimson, Nile, Opeth가 우주 한가운데서 합주하는듯 하다.

올해가 얼마 안남아서 Ulcerate 나 Caligula’s Horse 가 개인적 올해의 앨범이 될 줄 알았는데, Blood Incantation 의 신보가 이를 깨뜨렸다. 경악케한 앰비언트 Timewave Zero, 최고 명반 Hidden History of the Human Race, 그들의 세계를 구축한 Starspawn 을 모두 섞어놓은 앨범. 큰 틀에서 생각해보면, 그들은 변한것이 없었다. 마치 2015년부터 계획한 것을 단지 실행에 옮기는 듯한 느낌..

신보가 나올때마다 챙겨듣는 몇 안되는 밴드인데, 정말 훌륭한 작품을 만든 것 같다

They literally understood the term mixing "Progressive" with "Death Metal". Hands down one of the most daring crossovers of the year.
