이 밴드를 알았던 건 Metal 사운드에 Trance를 적극 도입해서 후에 Trance 기반의 밴드들에게 상당한 영향을 끼친 밴드로 알고 있었기 때문이다. 그리하여 대표적인 곡을 접하게 되고 이들의 첫 데뷔작이 궁금해져 접하였다.
본래 밴드명은 'Vision Quest'로 1999년 결성 당시 썼다가 2000년에 곧바로 밴드명을 바꾼 후 현재까지의 이름으로 활동하고 'Children of Bodom'을 지향한 사운드로 정식 데뷔하였다.
의외로 긴장감 있는 구성의 Symphonic함을 강조한 Orchestration이 귀에 잘 들렸고, Melodic한 Riff와 Keyboard가 잘 공존하며 곡 전체를 잘 지배하는 듯 했다. 하지만, 아쉬운 Melody making과 엉성한 Drumming, Vocal line과 기량으로 다소 아쉽게 느껴진다.

마치 Children of Bodom 처럼, 휘몰아치는 사운드 속에 클래시컬 멜로디들을 잘 조합시켰습니다. 키보드의 알맞은 사용으로 환상적인 느낌을 내는것 또한 같은 궤입니다. 그래서 그들의 아류니 뭐니 비교가 되는것도 어쩔수없는 숙명이겠으나, 수많은 COB 워너비들이 당치도않은 결과물을 내온것들을 기억한다면, 이정도면 그 중에서 제일 훌륭합니다. 조악하긴합니다.

다소 조잡한 음원이고 멜로딕 파워메탈노선에서 급변한 후 제대로 밴드 정비가 안됐기 때문에 다소 미흡하다. 본인들도 2집을 정규 1집으로 칭해주길 원할 정도. 허나 번뜩이는 멜로디는 여전하며 곡 진행 역시 매끄럽다. 아마 이들의 앨범중에 유일하게 심포닉 멜로딕 데스라고 할만한 앨범이다.
