v roku 1989 vydal Doro prvé album pod vlastnou značkou s názvom "Force Majeure" pričom dá sa povedať, že voľne nadväzuje na jej predošlú tvorbu v skupine Warlock, avšak viac kombinuje Heavy Metal a Hard Rock (album obsahuje aj viac baladičiek)

Warlock 및 Doro의 앨범들을 감상하다보면 놀라우리만치 모든 곡들이 똑같게 들림. 작곡이 별로다 보니 보컬 실력하나만으로 곡의 퀄리티를 올리기는 역부족. 다만 커버한 곡인 'A Whiter Shade of Pale'만큼은 훌륭한 필청 트랙.

레이블과의 법정분쟁으로 워락이란 밴드명을 더 이상 사용하지 못하게 된 도로는 본인의 이름으로 앨범을 발표하게 되는데 워락팬들입장에서는 이 앨범이 워락의 마지막 앨범이라고 평하기도 한다. 워락의 향수를 느끼게 하는 수록곡들 모두가 뛰어나며 무엇보다 프로콜 하럼의 명곡 A whiter shade of a pale의 리메이크는 역대 최고버젼이라 할 만하다.

This is Doro's first "solo" album after a court took away the name Warlock (she eventually won the name back but it took years). A good album.
