A collaboration with Pain Teens vocalist Bliss Blood. The full title of the album is "Exit-13 featuring Bliss Blood - Smoking Songs: 13 Depraved Tracks of Refer Madness"

Also released as promo CD in cardboard sleeve.

"Sweet Marijuana Brown" (02:45) also contains hidden track "Loading Dock" (03:16) after 10:17 of silence.

Note: This is NOT a Grind or Metal album: it's an adaptation/parody of classic Jazz tunes - marijuana anthems from the 20s, 30s, and 40s. Some lyrics is very close to original, some - slightly rewritten.
