Paul Di'anno는 Iron Maiden 팬들에게 어떤식으로 기억되고 있을까? Paul Di'anno의 후임자인 Bruce Dickinson은 놀라울 속도로 그가 차지하고 있던 자리를 순식간에 잠식해 들어 갔다. Paul Di'anno가 불렀던 몇 개의 전설적인 명곡들 Running Free, Phantom of the Opera, Iron Maiden, Wrathchild는 이제 Bruce Dickinson이 라이브에서 원곡을 능가하는 퀄리티로 재현해 버리는 바람에 Paul Di'anno의 곡이라 부르기도 무색해졌다. 결국 그를 기억하기 위해서는 그의 라이브를 들어보는 수밖에 없다. Paul Di'anno 재적시에는 Iron Maiden의 공식 라이브 앨범은 없었다. 결국 데모를 제외하면 Ep 앨범 두 장과 VHS가 하나 있다. 다소 부족한 분량이지만, 적어도 그의 라이브 실력을 느끼기에 크게 부족함은 없다. Live!! + One은 그 중에서 가장 앞선 시기에 제작된 Ep 앨범으로 그의 라이브를 확인 할 수 있다. 이 라이브는 1980년 7월 4일 런던 Marquee Club에서 있었던 공연을 옮긴 것이다. 메탈 킹덤에 올라와 있는 버전은 일본반으로 달랑 네곡 뿐이다. 그러나 그리스 반은 Prowler, Running Free, Remember Tomorrow 등이 실려 있어 상대적으로 알차다. Iron Maiden의 평균적인 라이브 앨범에 비한다면 빈약한 볼륨이지만, 밴드 초기에 활동했던 Paul Di'anno에 관심이 있는 리스너라면 여기 실려 있는 곡만으로도 충분 ... See More
