자신이 하고싶은 음악, 좋아하는 음악으로 한걸음씩 나아가고 있습니다. 물론 캐코포니 시절의 네오클래시컬이나 메가데스 시절의 스래쉬도 좋아는 했겠죠. 하지만 음악혼의 안식처는 일본에 있었고, 멜로딕한 팝과 신나는 펑크록 사운드에 행복을 느끼는 것으로 보여집니다. 기존 곡들의 재해석도 흥미롭습니다. 애초에 더 좋게 바꾸겠다고 한 것은 아닐터이니.

전체적으로 마티의 리프와 솔로, 스타일 등이 마음에 들었다. 그런데 왜 평점이 낮은가 하면, 원곡을 너무 심하게 훼손했다. 그것도 커버곡이면 이해를 하겠지만, 본인이 연주했던 곡, 그중엔 팬들에게 사랑받은 것도, 외면받은 것도 있는데, 그러한 곡들을 마음대로 편곡해서 솔로앨범에 넣은 것은 개인적으로 별로라고 생각한다.

In "Future Addict", Marty experiments with songs from his previous bands in order to get a different sound. He definitely succeeds in doing this, but I don't think the outcome is very appealing -though the guitar solos are great as always-. The only tracks I really enjoyed are the instrumental ones: "Barbie" and "Tears of an Angel".
