메이헴의 박스 세트는 무엇보다 부클릿이 중요하다. 여기에서도 76페이지의 책자가 정말 귀중한 자료를 담고 있다. 각 라이브의 플라이어부터 미공개 사진들, Mayhem의 전 멤버 및 Dead의 친 남동생부터 Fenriz 등 여러 뮤지션들의 밴드에 대한 소회, 각 멤버들에 대한 느낌 등이 인터뷰로 담겨져 있으며 Dead의 편지와 적어내려갔던 곡들의 가사 등도 수록되어 있다.
