Ritual 발표 후 Shaman은 남미와 유럽을 위주로 투어를 하게 된다. 그러는 과정에서 Ritualive가 만들어 졌는데, 이 라이브 앨범은 브라질의 상파울루에서 8000여 명의 팬들과 함께 한 공연을 담아냈다. 본 라이브 앨범은 Ritual 앨범을 고스란히 라이브로 옮기다보니 세트 리스트 역시 앨범 트랙과 거의 차이 없이 진행을 보이고 있다. Andre Matos의 커리어 전체에서도 최고조라 할 수 있는 Angra 시절의 곡은 Carry On밖에 없다는 점에서 약간의 섭섭함을 느끼게 하지만, 전반적으로 우수한 라이브 앨범이라 하지 않을 수 없는 작품이다. Ritualive는 뜨거운 관중들의 환호가 섞여 원작을 능가하는 퀄리티로 녹음되었다. Here I Am이나 For Tomorrow, Fairy Tale 같은 앨범을 대표하는 곡들은 스튜디오 앨범보다도 라이브 버전이 좀더 극적인 매력을 잘 살리고 있다. 앨범에 실려 있지 않은 곡은 전부 세 곡인데, Melodic Power Metal씬에서도 유명한 프로젝트인 Avantasia에서 Andre Matos 본인이 참여한 곡인 Sign Of The Cross는 Tobias Sammet이 게스트로 참여하여 합창을 하고 있다. 멜로딕 파워 메탈 팬들에게 이만한 선물도 달리 없을 것이다. 나머지 두 곡은 Helloween의 유명한 고전 Eagle Fly Free와 Angra의 영원한 앤섬인 Carry On으로 Ritualive는 마무리된다. 앨범 수록곡들이 질을 떠나서 무언가 많이 아쉬운 라이브 앨범. 이글 플라이 프리 커버는 그냥 없는게 나았다. 덕분에 마무리가 산만하고 허접한 느낌 ;;
