크게 변화된 걸 바라지는 않는다. Squash Bowels 입니다. 개선을 향한 다부진 노력의 결과물은 아니지만 데모앨범이 이때부터 이 밴드들한테는 실험이 아닌 작은 변화의 시작을 알리는 계기가 되는 앨범입니다. 깡통소리가 좀 더 정갈하고 직선적인 느낌으로 다가오는 데 다음 앨범에서 살짝 사고를 치기 전 앨범이라는 수식어가 붙은 것 도 예열적 성격이 있어서 그럴지도 모르겠네요. 무거우면서 단순명료, 묻지마식에서 변화의 시작으로 봐도 좋을 듯 싶습니다.
