이들의 음악적 스타일이 변화하기 시작한 시점이다. 그전까지는 담백하고 묵직한 스타일의 불탈이였는데 이 앨범을 기점으로 그나마 테크니컬 데스라고 불릴만한 스타일로 변화를 시작했다.

tbh this album is good In general, but as a huge fan of Suffocation, this is not something I want, I expected something stronger compared to what I heard on this album.

확실히 초기작에서 보여주었던 묵직한 느낌의 프로듀싱에서 테크데스에서나 보여줄 만한 붕붕떠다니는 톤으로 프로듀싱이 되서 그런지 테크데스느낌이 나긴 한다. 내용물도 수준급이고 엘범커버는 말할 필요도 없다
