초기의 강력한 Death Metal에서는 상상도 할 수 없었던 노골적인 음악적 변환을 서서히 시도한 Therion은 전작 Vovin에서 완전히 진화된 모습을 보여주었으며 그 출중한 완성도를 이어간 후속탄이 본작 Deggial 이다. 거의 모든 보컬라인을 합창단의 화음으로 대치했으며 바이올린등의 현악기가 전면에 나서서 곡의 흐름을 주도하고 있다. Classic과 Metal의 이상적인 결합으로 Operatic Symphonic Metal을 완벽하리만치 구현해내었다. 성스러움과 강직함을 간직한 Via Nocturna Part 1 And 2, 현대 클래식 작곡가 Carl Orff의 작품을 재해석한 O Fortuna등 전곡이 수려한 완성도를 지니고 있다.

Deggial bolo album, s ktorým som musel trošku bojovať, pretože po predošlých bombách to bolo sklamanie, ktoré postupne opadlo
